Nobody can call you back and anytime I have a question or ask to speak to Shane himself the people always have an excuse as to why I cant talk to him or he is simply never in the office. I have even went in person and nothing and of course its we cant do anything for claims or answers in office. Anything you have or need you have to call State Farm directly. What do we even pay you for?? Ive worked Insurance and I sure as heck would never treat my customers this way and if they needed something I helped them in anyway I could. They will call your spouse though and try and add stuff to your policy though."
